Licensed Massage Therapist in Anchorage

Thea is a born-and-raised Alaskan with a deep appreciation for movement, wellness and the healing power of touch. She began her journey in bodywork through teaching yoga and integrative adjustments before graduating from Alaska Career College and beginning her massage therapy career in 2022.

Her practice incorporates a blend of therapeutic techniques, including deep tissue, sports massage, Thai massage, myofascial release and trigger point therapy. Thea’s background in both spa and clinical settings allows her to adapt sessions to meet each client’s unique needs—whether they’re recovering from an injury, managing chronic tension or seeking relaxation.

An avid runner, hiker, skier, snowboarder and mountain biker, Thea brings the perspective of an active lifestyle into her work. Her firsthand understanding of the body in motion helps her support clients in maintaining mobility, strength, and balance.
