Stephanie Cabeza is a Licensed Massage Therapist at Natural Health Center in Anchorage, where she offers over a decade of experience blending clinical precision with compassionate, holistic care. Her work supports functional healing, nervous system regulation and long-term transformation.

Her journey began with yoga teacher training in 2008, followed by certifications in muscle activation techniques, licensure in massage therapy, and a Bachelor of Science in pre-med psychology. This foundation informs Stephanie’s thoughtful, integrative approach to healing.

Stephanie combines bio-mechanical analysis, muscle testing, isometric and strength training with soft and connective tissue techniques, including myofascial release, trigger point therapy, assisted stretching, cupping, scraping and percussion therapy. Her precise palpation skills and anatomical insight help address structural imbalances and restore balance in the body.
