Advanced Neuromuscular Therapist

Miho began her bodywork journey in the East Bay of California, where she completed the National Holistic Institute’s 1,250-hour Advanced Neuromuscular Massage Therapy Program in 2020. Since then, she has gained diverse experience working in chiropractic offices, acupuncture clinics, gyms, and fishing lodges.

Miho believes that creating a sense of safety and connection with the nervous system is an essential first step toward effective muscular relief. Her approach combines focused trigger point therapy, education, intuition, and open communication to support pain relief and help clients better understand their unique bodies. She believes that sometimes, the body simply needs a little help remembering how to heal itself.

As a continually evolving practitioner, Miho is passionate about deepening her understanding of how the body’s systems and life experiences influence soft tissue health and dysfunction. She approaches each session as an opportunity to learn, connect, and support her clients on their path toward greater comfort and well-being.
