Judy Stohl, Professional Structural Integrator
Judy completed her initial training at the Rolf Institute in Boulder, Colorado in 1989. She completed several hours of continuing education, completed her Advanced Training with the Rolf Institute in 1994 and has been in practice here in Anchorage for the last twenty years.
The Structural Integration technique is a method of reorganizing the body through the soft tissue or fascial realm. The focus is on improving posture and mobility as well as pain relief for specific issues.
Judy is available for single sessions for specific issues as well as three, five and up to ten series of sessions for more in depth situations or when overall improvement for body alignment is desired.
She is a member of IASI (International Association of Structural Integrators) and ABMP (Association of Bodywork and Massage Professionals).
Judy has lived in Anchorage with her husband for the last twenty-five years.
